Currently waiting for FSW to resume and im wondering if there s away to get the IMM5409 notarized if in my country they dont want to do it and it s illegal to be in common law relation .
Can i send it without getting it notarized and explaning why ?
and if we try to get it notarized in the embassy ,is there a chance to tell our gouvernement and get s in trouble ?
