Quick question,

Section C, brothers and sisters, asks for marital status...

Both my brothers are in common law relationships. Is this what i put here? For normal forms here in the UK (not immigration purposes), common law relationships are not normally an 'option' to tick, just married/single/divorced/widowed.

I know immigration view common-law as a valid status, is that what i should put here? my gut instinct is yes..

Thanks all.

It's funny because there are a few acceptable things to write in there. In my opinion, your gut is right and "common-law" is the answer I use. But you could also write "never married" (if that is the case) and still be correct.
