Question all. My husband is filling out this form. He is the applicant, I am his wife / sponsor.
Does he put my name as well on the form?
What about parents and sister? They will not be coming to canada nor will we ever apply for a PR for them.
Do we still add their information though?

if you're married or in common law your name should be put in it as well..
and his family as well.. parents and siblings. and if he has kids, put their names there too even if they are not immigrating.
