Imm 5406 -Inland App.: forgot to write the country

Good evening,

We applied inland. In the IMM5406, for the current address of myself and my spouse (we live at the same address), we forgot to write the name of the province (Quebec) and the country (Canada) in the field for our address. However everything else is there (street name, civic number, postal code and city). The city is Montreal … so the province and country are obviously Quebec, Canada.

Should I send a webform with an updated application to include Quebec, Canada in the field even though it is so obvious ?… I saw some people had their application return after 7 months because the postal codes of Canadian or USA adresses were missing , I’m just wondering if they would return it just because Canada is not written…did someone experienced the same thing ?

After finding some posts about the same issue, we decided to send a webform with an updated imm5406 form. Good luck to everyone !

I agree with your decision to send in a webform. I forgot some things on my IMM5406 and sent in a webform to correct it once I had my pre AOR. Just got my regular AOR last month so it must’ve worked. Good luck!
