IMM 5401 (URGENT)

Need help, i am planning to submit my file tomorrow, and so i paid the fees online. Do i just need to include the receipt with the application and fill the required info. And it also ask for Client ID Idesntification? what do i put in that field. Please help

And i hope i dont need the IMM 5401 form now, right?

I'm not sure what the form 5401 is, but Yes, you need to just submit the receipt. Fill in the sponsor's information. If you have never filed for a Canadian visa before, then you won't have a Client ID number, so just leave it blank. If you have applied for any kind of Canadian visa before, then your Client ID will remain the same.

If you can't find or remember your Client ID from a previous visa, then just leave it blank. They will match it up with your name and birthdate, as well, your spouse will receive a client id for themselves as well.

Yeah , the slip asks for Payer Information(I paid the fees), and i am canadian PR, so i guess its my infomation i have to put. Is the Client ID the number on my PR card the 8 digit number?

Yes it is the xxxx-xxxx number on your PR card
