Last year i have applied for temporary vistor visa and got approval on passport when i was working in canada, but i never went to any where. So do i need to put yes? When i appiled first time i mentioned NO. Your help will be appreciated.!

You need to put yes and list every time you applied for anything, visa, work permit, study permit etc then list the details in explanation.
