IMM 5257 and IMM 5645 small question, please help

Hi forum,
Need a help from you expert guys,

my dad is inviting my grand-mom for a visit. She is illeterate (doesnot know how to read or write anything). How can she do a signature in the forms.
Also in form 5645, if she is coming to canada to visit us (she is travelling by herself), she has to write all her sons name (including my dad) and state whether will be accompanied to canada. is my dad accompanying her to canada, i guess "no" right?

If she can't sign, then thumbprint. Declare the truth.

Alternatively, you can get the advice and services of VAS (Visa Application Service). You can find VAS information on the website of the local CIC.
