IMM 5009 - few confusing questions

I've been in Canada for more than a decade. I came here as student, I became PR, and now I'm ready to apply citizenship. also I lost my IMM 5292. I found IMM 5009 application to request the replacement of this document. as usual, there are few questions i need someone's help to interpret them correctly. Please help me out here

it's all about the "your first entry to Canada"

Part B Q 10. Did you enter Canada as a?

The guideline simply says to indicate your immigration status when you first entered Canada.
It doesn't specify in anymore detail. Does this mean the VERY first time I came to Canada (student)?
or, since I'm requesting the confirmation of PR, does this mean the first time I came to Canada for the PR?

Fortunately, any other question about the first entry works out well for me. like the port of entry, it was somehow always Vancouver for student or PR. or the marital status. But the part B question 10 is bit confusing for me to understand more correctly.

Thank you for all your time.
Hopefully I can get some reply soon. I wish I can send this as soon as possible.

Answer 1: Its simply your first date of entry to canada at port entry wether its land, sea or air as student, worker or refugee.

Answer 2: You came as student, so your answer is simply: STUDENT

Recheck carefully the form i think it has question that asks Date you became Landed or PR. I think i saw that question on this app form, if not its old form. Make sure its 2017 last updated current form.
