Hi...it might be a dumb question but we are just trying to make sure that we do everything correct. On the form IMM 1344 under the section "Sponsor residency declaration" they ask " Are you a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada?" Meanwhile on the instructions in the Basic Guide for answering this section it says "Complete this section only if you are a Canadian citizen living outside of Canada". My husband is a Canadian citizen living in Canada therefore this section doesn't apply to him. So shall he just put "NO" as an answer to this question ("Are you a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside of Canada") or just leave the whole section blank? Thanks, any ideas would be really appreciated!
