First of all thanks again to all you guys who take their precious time to answer our questions.

i am filling out IMM 1344 and need help on Part 1' Sponsor personal details'

Q2..says have you used any other names such as nickname..maiden name and alias..

my birth name was Sanjiv and when i was 6 my folks changed it to Ranjit....ll thru the necessary legal procedured

At work i go by the name of Par...this is how my work calls me by but my family call me Ranjit.

my question is do i need to state this in that Q2 of the application.
