imm 1344 question 10?

1. Section A Q.10 "Are you a Canadian citizen? No_ Yes_ Became citizen on________."
I am Canadian by birth but surely the form is not asking me to put my DOB here? Do I tick yes and leave the date section blank?

Bit stuck on this guys anyone know the answer?

I have seen this question asked on here before and the answer was that yes you would put your dob since you are a canadian citizen by birth.
