Hi guys
I have a problem here
In IMM1344 Q9 it asks my sponsor about her previous marriage duration (From-To)
my wife entered separation 2013 March(The marriage was in Ontario) and got divorce order effective in 2015. However she could not remember the exact date and she lost the original paperwork, only have some kind of property/child agreement stating that she and her ex-husband went into separation in March 2013 without any specific date.
How could I fill the Q9 and avoid any problems? I tried to only enter march 2013 and leave the date to blank but it won't let me validate the form
If I entered the divorce date as the end of the relationship that would be a misrepresentation since in Canada people have to be separated for at least a year to get a divorce.
Is there any way to deal with this?
thanks a lot
