Me and my British wife are going to be applying through the Outland process. I had a few questions on form IMM 1344.
1 - On cic.gc.ca it says "The sponsored person (principal applicant), must also sign and date the application or it will be returned.", expect there isn't a spot on the form for her signature. There is only 1 signature section, just for myself, and the co-signer if there is one. Any help?
2 - It says "Nickname/Alias - Check the box to indicate if you ever used any other name. This could include your birth name, maiden name, married name, nickname, etc.". The form I have just printed of the website has nothing about Nicknames on it.
Am I using an outdated form or fill-out info? Thanks a lot.
