IMM 1344 April 5 2012

Hello! My wife is sponsoring me within Canada and just today we noticed that the NEW IMM 1344 form needs to be validated. All other forms not validated after March are not accepted. We are both confused because this form seem to just pop up on the site and was not there when we started the filling out the application in April. Our version of IMM 1344 is hand written and already in Immigration's hands. What are our options? We are at a panic that in 11 months our application will be rejected.

Hello Mike,

Actually we have the same case. Im a principal applicant and my husband is my sponsor. My husband sent my application last April 13 and CIC received it on April 15. Unfortunately they sent it back to us just yesterday (May 08,2012) stating on their letter that we need to redo IMM 1344. Only for this form and my whole application was sent back to my husband and now we have to move on and need to redo it. Yes you are right they have a new one now it was not there yet when I printed it too. Me and my husband were really frustrated but we have to move on...and be very patient...
