IMM 1344.
On the website (Guide 5772 – Application to Sponsor Parents and Grandparents - Canada.ca) there is indicated that :
1. Download and fill out the application form on a computer.
2. Once completed, Validate => A barcode page like the one below will be generated:
3. Do not print your application form.
4. Sign with an electronic signature and date in the spaces provided.
AND HERE COMES THE QUESTION:
5. GIVE AN ELECTRONIC COPY TO THE PERSON BEING SPONSORED (principal applicant) to upload into their online application.
What electronic copy?
Should I email the form to the PA?
And what is this mention of THEIR ONLINE APPLICATION?
- Do they have a SEPARATE online portal?

As mentioned to this question in the other thread. The Primary Applicant is the one that submits the Permanent Resident Application online. You provide them with your sponsorship document (IMM1344) or a signed copy of it. That is to be uploaded by the Primary Applicant when they upload all of the other supporting documents.

To wrap things up, the SPONSOR completes the form, signs, validates and emails the form to the PA.
The PA prints it, signs it, scans it, then uploads it through the portal.
