IMM 1295 Duration of Employment

Hello,

On IMM 1295 it asks "Duration of expected employment yyyy/mm/dd - yyyy/mm/dd"

On the LMO and employmnet contract it doesnt specify the day and year but rather says 24 months. What would we put for that?


Also it says that if a medical test is needed it will be requested. Everyone who works for the company from foreign countries were required a medical exam, due to the type of work. Does anyone know where to find that form and if its ok to see a doctor anyways and just send the form in, so as not to delay things.

Also where it asks for 10 years of work expienece is it ok to attach a resume going back ten years? Since on the additional documents list it also asks for proof showing you meet the requirements (which I'm assuming means a resume, letters from past bosses etc)

Did some one reply you about how to put duration of expected employment? because thats also my problem, i cannot finish the form 1295 because of this duration of expected employment. any one can help me plssssssssss
