IMM 1294 "Funds available for my stay". What does it mean?

In the IMM 1294, it asks for the Funds available for my stay. Does that mean the living expenses?

My father has 60k Cad in the bank. about 28k will go for the tuition fees and 32k will be for the Living expenses.

Should I write down 60k or 32k?

in total expence section write the amount which is sum of college fees of entire course + your living expence mentioned in your college offer letter during your entire course

in the section which asks about how you are going to pay your expences,. just write GIC + PARENTS .....that is sufficient

Well I can't get GIC since its only for indians and some other countries. Im syrian.
