Help please!
I (Australian) am being sponsored by my common law partner (Canadian). I have no children and he has 2 children (Canadian citizens - 7 and 11 yrs old).
From what I read on the CIC website he is only required to fill out IMM 5481 (Sponsorship Evaluation) and not IMM 1283 (Financial Evaluation) - is this correct?
We have the Option C Printout as required....
I'm finding it not clear as to whether this form is required or not - would hate to leave something out of our application!
