Hi -- In the last 12 months, I have a full time job. I also have a super casual job at another clinic. The last time I worked there was in Dec 2021 and before that was in October 2021. What do I write as number of hours worked per week? Should I even bother including that job in the evaluation form? Please advise. Thanks!
