imm 008 - spousal sponsorship, question about passport details

Hello,

I am the Principal applicant residing in India and sponsor is pr in Canada. I was filling IMM 008 with all the passport details and there are 2 questions where they ask if passport is issued in Taiwan/israel. I need to check no, but its grayed out. It might sound silly, but when i refered the complete guide. it says "Question 7 For this trip – select Yes or No to tell us if you are using a National Israeli passport." How do I select no? Since this form generates barcodes, I am worried to enter anything manually after printing out the form. Please suggest.

They are greyed out because just above that question, you selected a passport other than Taiwan or Israel. It's fine. The validation will work.

Thanks. It got validated already, but I was just confused with what was mentioned in the complete guide

If it validated, then you have no issue. The guide considers that you are completing the form by hand.
