how about this IMM 1283 Financial Evaluation do I need to fill up this form right now? it's confusing it says(if they are adding a dependant child of a dependant child)Does this means being a Grandparent?? I hope you could help me Thank you so much

Dear Sir I have filled divorce post ppr and want to remove spouse from application cic has asked to provide current martial status and Imm0008 form.

While filling form if I choose legally separated the form automatically ask me to tick yes for the question - have u been previously married /common law? Also to provide type of relationship married/common law, spouse name and married from - - - to - - - which date I should mention marriage date and separation date or divorce petition filling date.kindly give valuable suggestion

   Legally Separated:
   This means that you are married, but no longer living with your spouse.
   
   
2. Enter the date (year, month and day) you were married or you entered into your current common-law relationship.......Provide the Date you married your spouse......you are separated but still married........you may provide a letter to explain your situation.
   
3. Indicate the family name(s) and given name(s) of your current spouse or common-law partner.......names for your separated spouse...........you may provide a letter to explain your situation.

But when I fill legally separated, system automatically close thesecond question. However it asks me to answer next question yes in which it is asked have you been previously married/Common law?
Part b asks spouse name
Part c ask type of relation married /Common law date from ___- to _____

you are now legally separated, but still married as divorce has not been finalized....so for the question.....Have you been previously married or in a common-law relationship ?.........you should answer.......YES.......and provide your separated spouse details

Thanks for your response sir/mam, In question no 14, type of relationship with be married and date will me from (marriage date) to (separation date mentioned in divorce petition / date of filling of divorce petition )

Also want to know, will cic remove her name from my application on basis of this information or will ask for final Divorce decree
Also shall I add affidavit to exclude her from my family?

When you fill the form you need to:

* For the 2nd question you need to choose Family as a selection then your "spouse".

Yes in your application, your wife represents the main candidate while your son becomes dependent
