IMM 0008 US Immigration Offices?

Hello,

I am a US citizen apply for PR in canada through Family > Common Law. I live in Calgary currently under a work visa. After reading the forums I have decided to apply outland. I am filling out the IMM 0008 form and am not sure how to answer question #4 ( Immigration Office for processing) & #10(Current country of residence)...

Question #4, I follow all the step on the CIC website to an interactive map, with one pin in the US in New York. And it says:

Immigrants: CPP-O
Visitors: Los Angeles, New York
Workers: New York
Students: Los Angeles

Does this mean I should fill this question out as "CPP-O"?

I am assuming #10 Country of Residence is my current address in Calgary? Or would I submit an address in the US to ensure this gets filed as outland?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Processing office put CPP-O.

Country of residence put Canada. There is no need to have any US address in the application.
