IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1 point number 15 "Address History"

As just starting to prepare filling my form I am confused IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1 point number 15 "Address History" I have lived so many places which i don't even have address or some times in sharing bachelor living sharing room with other. Now even if i am able to provide all the address how do i prove it by a document as i never had a rental agreement in those places or back home where still young & contracts were done by my father.. How do i support them with an official document i.e. rental agreement.

Is rental agreement or a document supporting to prove authenticity of given address really required?

Dear Satifali,

You should be honest while applying. Otherwise, when filling up some other columns you will be in trouble. Even if you don't have any docs/ proof to validate your addresses, you have to present the address history as accurately as possible. In case of any direction later by CIC to clear doubts regarding your addresses, reply in confidence with facts.

Need not to presume problems, just be honest. It will work. All the best

Prepare a note for your travels and stays out of your home address (home town) on a sheet of paper from your memory and from available records:
Ex: Your out station education, or course - if applicable,
Your employment or business in different places - if applicable

You don't have to record short period stays with your friends, relatives or for any other travels relating to several needs of your daily life and routine.

Make sure you should not leave a gap in between.
Once you finalise copy it to your application.

I had the same question. The problem is i traveled to US for 2 months and stayed in three cities for 1.5 or 2 weeks. I have the addresses and dates. But was not sure whether I should mention this?. I mean it would be good to mention since they are stating any condition that u should have stayed at that place for atleast 6 months?

Moreover, in the visa specific guidelines, mine is new delhi, india, they say that you provide ur travel history. Is but nowehere in the form is there a section travel histroy. Will the 'address history suffice as travel histroy?? Or should we attach a sheet with it?

Dont worry about these 2 weeks in US, what i assume is that you were living like a tourist at that time rite and where you lived those addresses were just a temporary addresses not the permanent. CIC need those addresses which were your permanent addresses for a couple of months atleast.

No you dont have to, only the addresses which were your permanent addresses and you change your contact details when you moved there then you need to write it otherwise holiday addresses are not required.
