I'm currently on a visitor visa, and applying for spousal sponsorship. In Question 10 in the Generic Application form, from is the date I entered Canada. I arrived on 11/9, so should I write 5/9 since it is six months later

The guide states:

• The dates (From – To) you have been living in your current country of residence.

What date should I enter in To:, if I am still in the country?

from: MM/DD/YYYY
To: Present
You can write present by hand when you print the application.
