IMM 0008 Generic form question?

Hi members,

1)nder Visa Office requested for the process of yr application column, Can i put in Canada as i have been working here for the past 18months? instead of putting my home country?

2) Is photograph required of my family members back home if I am the only main applicants?

1 - No you can't put "Canada". You will have to either put the nearest Canadian Consulate in USA (depending on your current location) or visa office in your country.

2 - Only your phtograph is required.
