IME or UCI for Medical Exam, but where do I get this number?

So received ITA, filling out and meeting document obligations. I am trying to schedule the medical exam at the closest panel approved physician. I called and asked for my IME or UCI number. I cannot find them anywhere. All I see is my application ID which starts with an "E". They said that was not it. I looked at the ITA letter I received and do not see it on there, just the application ID and some bar codes with nothing around them.

Where do I locate the UCI so I can get this physical exam scheduled ASAP? Or do I need to wait for something else containing the IME or UCI number?

You can find the UCI on your work permit or study permit, usually located in the top right corner.

However, the clinic doesn't need the UCI, they can just use your passport no.

Yeah I have neither a work permit nor a study permit. Still in the States working on the PR after receiving the ITA.
