IME number is not valid

I received a Medical Examination request letter yesterday, but when I went to the clinic today, they said they could not pull up the IME number. I have already called the IRCC and they said the number is valid. I am not sure what to do at this step. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Yes, it got resolved by itself 4 days after the letter was issued. Just give it some time so the medical system gets updated.
