IME document visible on PR tracker

I'm able to see the IME document number on my PR tracker now. Not really sure since when It started to show up as I didn't pay much attention to it. Does anybody also have the same thing going on ?

Same. Not sure what it means.

I think everyone got the same update on their tracker. Looks like they did a system update recently.
