I'm lost, hoping someone can advise. Supervisa

Hi all,

I applied for dad's supervisa back in December, it was paper application mailed from VFS center. They sent emailemai to our old lawyer(this time we didn't do lawyer) stating visa processing is taking longer than expected, which is odd because it seems representative stays on the file even though this was a new application. He was kind enough to forward the email that CIC has received the file.
So we thought it might take some time and waited patiently. But then back in January, i linked the application to online account, it had a status that "medical has been requested" but my dad didn't receive any medical request form or passport back from visa office. Now the status states, VO didn't receive the medical and says, "please see message for details". But there is nothing online where i can see any message. I have checked all the emails linked to file(or online account) and reached out to the lawyer as well and he has not received any information either.
I have filled the webform and ask them of the same but it states that it could take 28 business days for them to respond. I'm lost as to what else can i do to get that medical form.

Any help/thoughts?

1. The lawyer was the representative only for the application that he was authorized to represent your dad. He was not/cannot be the authorized representative for the current application if your dad did not include a new IMM 5476 form.

2. Your dad must send a new IMM 5476 form to 'Cancel' the authorized representative for the current application

3. He must also email his local visa office to explain the incorrect situation + to request for the medical form
