Google, see on job posting sites regarding your occupation, you can post your resume there but wont get call till you have Canadian contact number on it.fuguoxi said:

Some local news papers are also here in which jobs are advertised. You can go to their websites.
I feel it is difficult to get job in Canada without being in Canada.
