I got Admission into a College in Canada for a Post Graduate Certificate Program. Tried using Agencies but their Fees were just too much. The requirement for the Admission to be Permanent was to Pay an Admission Deposit fee, which has been Paid. Does that still mean I must pay part of the FIRST Semester fee?
