Im an employer snd wants to hire back an employee... Do i need to get a NEW LMO?

Hi, i have hired my niece to be a caregiver for my dad, she already finished her 2-yr contract. She just recently gave birth and i was thinking of hiring her back again. Do i need to apply for a new LMO? She holds an open work permit now.

If she has an open work permit, then by definition an LMO isn't required. She can work for anyone in any job, as long as it's legal activity.
