I'm about to get married to a spouse who has work permit. Do I have to say yes to "Will your spouse or common-law partner come with you to Canada?"

Hi everyone! My current score is 471 and this September my score would become 494 with 2 years of work experience. But I'm getting married to my spouse this August. She doesn't have an English test score or 1 year of work experience yet, which makes my score this September to be 474. My question is, do I have to say yes to the above question or I can say no to keep the higher score?

I have seen individuals on this forum play around with that question to keep a higher score. However, your wife is already in Canada, operating on a work permit and living with you. To say she is an accompanying spouse would really stretch the truth. Search the forum for others who have done this and read their threads.
