guys please help, i'm having a logical meltdown here.
on form A-0520-BA "application for selection certificate - family class",
for question number 2.2. it says "i have a de facto spouse or conjugal partner, and i have not lived with my spouse for at least one year" then only options is "yes" or "no".

so...while the first part of the question is WRONG, because i only have one legal spouse and i had nobody else in my life, but the second part is RIGHT because he's in canada and we only lived together for a month when he visited me. so it's a NO and YES.... agggggghhh what do i answer?

also question 2.1 "at the time of my marriage to my sponsor, i was the spouse of another person" i answered NO, did i read that correctly? are they asking me if i were cheating on my husband? SO WEIRD.

also on 3.1 i put my husbands info yeah? and then they ask me "is this person accompanying you to Quebec?" yes or no.
well he's already in quebec, so is it a yes or no? does meeting me in the airport considered as "accompanying"?

replies are appreciated.

Note the use of the word "and", meaning that for the statement to be true, you must meet BOTH conditions. If you only meet one condition, then the statement is not true and the answer is therefore "no".

No, they are not asking if you are cheating. They are asking if you are from a country where polygamy is legal and you have another spouse(s) that you married before your sponsor.

No, he's not accompanying.
