IGCSE, AS and A-Level ECA

Dear All,

Does anybody know if I send my IGCSE (8 O-Level subjects) certification, AS-level certification (3 subjects) and A-Level certification (1 subject) to WES and an ECA for them, I can claim points fro "two or more certificates diplomas or degrees. one must be for a program of three or more years"?

My CRS score is 438 and I did not receive any NOI for more than a year now and I don't have any other ways to increase my score other than this.

I tried using the tool, there is no option of selecting the IGCSE, AS Level, A Level like the one when you actually apply for ECA. I just want to know if these certifications will get me a post secondary education that I can use it to increase my score.

there is one on wes, i just want to make an assessment, could you please tell me where to acquire that cert?
