If you lose residency status and you own properties with mortgage

Hi. My question is if you fail to meet the residency obligation of 730 days and you are outside canada, but you own a property in Canada. What will happen to the property and the mortgage and can i still visit canada to check on my property?

If you maintain the payments for the property, nothing will "happen" to it. If you can't enter Canada for whatever reason, maybe appoint a local property agent? The property makes no difference to your immigration status or obligations, positive or negative.
