I know how tough it is to rent a place when you move from a different place. It is even harder when you are coming with a young child.

Finding a place, buying furniture, and basic things like plates and forks or an ironing board could be an issue when you still don't have a car.

I have a basement apartment that I decorated and supplied with all a family may need before they get settled.
It is pretty nice and it has plenty of light.

We live in an established area of Richmond Hill in the Greater Toronto area with nice schools and parks at our doorstep. If you are interested in the details please email me at svet_diom@yahoo.com.

Hi Svet,

I have sent a personal message detailing my requirement and and I also writing this message as your accommodation looks pretty assuring for new immigrant like me.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks and regards,

Pankaj
