I have created my EE profile, and for the question, "Have I applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?"
I answered NO.
I already have a visitor visa for Canada, should I change my response? I think that this question is asking whether I have applied for PR, Citizenship, or Refugee only. So in this case I should say "NO". am I right?
