If you got denied for Canadian Perm Res Visa, Will you have problem to re-apply? My aunt is not yet a Permanent Resident since her processing got delayed. It affected my application for Permanent Resident. Her Perm Res comes in November 2010 or Feb 2011. I will re-apply at that time. Will my application being denied due to my lack of points from my aunt would affect my papers when re-applying?

In my opinion, your application will not be accepted due to 2 facts.
1) Not meeting the minimum (points) requirement.
2) Misrepresentation.

Btw, why did you start counting your chickens even before they hatched?.

You may however re-apply later on when everything is in your favour i.e you meet the requirements in place at that point in time.
Good Luck.

No, provided at the time of application you meet 67 points minimum.

Oh i see... Thanks... I was talking with my mom about the money spent and all the effort I have been doing for the past months for this application. So we decided to just let it be... if I get denied then it's God's will... I'll just re-apply when my aunt is already a Perm Res... The only thing on my mind is the re-applying with difficulty due to previous denied application. But if I won't have any future problems related to my being denied due to lack of points, then it is just fine... Thanks...
