if visitor visa application is refused, would this affect future spousal spons?

i'm planning to visit canada and feel how it is like to be there before applying for spousal sponsorship...if my visitor visa application is rejected, would this affect future plans for spousal sponsorship?

It won't, but you should not attempt to apply multiple times and be refused multiple times, otherwise that can negatively affect your application, as the applicant has shown a strong desire to enter Canada.
