if the sponsor withdraw the application, can the spouse still reapply different program ( EE or PNP)

Hi,

• If the husband withdraws the application to sponsor his wife to get PR during the process. Can the wife still use the different program to apply for PR?
• Do you think it is necessary to hair a layer to start the process? We check the CIC, it seems really difficult to understand. Is there any resource we can use after we fill all the forms and someone can check for us before we send the application?

Yes the wife can apply for PR independently through any program she may qualify for.

If she is not able to determine if she qualifies for any program, or wants assistance with the forms, then she would need to hire a lawyer or consultant to work with as a representative.
