Does anyone know if someone lost PR due to not fulfilling residence time obligation, then the chance of re-application of PR got approved is VERY RARE?
All the 5 friends I know who abanded PR due to not fulfilling residence time obligation RECEIVED SECONDARY REVIEW EVERYTIME they entered Canada on a visitor visa. I think this is a sign that Canada government strongly dislikes the behavior of giving up PR. Therefore it appears that the chance of re-application of PR got approved is very low if someone has a history of giving up PR due to not fulfilling residence time obligations.
Does anyone know any success stories of people who still got PR approved with a history of giving up PR due to not fulfilling residence time obligations?
Thanks very much for your time and attention.
