If someone got a PR, could they work full-time while studying?

Good morning,

Today i read that a pr holder is treated as a domestic student, which means paying much less tuition fees! that was really a good news to me. however, i don't know if a pr holder can work full-time while studying a masters degree(for example).

Nobody really cares what you do once you are a PR as long as legal of course so go ahead work full time if you are happy will not affect your ability to study and complete your course
