Plz help me in this
I have query and I would really appriciate if you could help me out
that is like i was on student visa in UK from 9-2005 to 5-2009 and in Dec 2008 my collage got close and UK Immi cancelled my visa and then i appealed against immigration decision but they said i have to appeal outside the country and immigration set me removal direction and they sent me back to India, on my passport they cancelled my visa with pen by crossing it there is no deportation stamp or any other kind of stamp on it. I have got Police clearance certificate as well from UK with NO TRACE.
Please let me know, will this affect me in canadian PR, will it be any problem regarding my past history if i file PR next month.
