Not necessarily. Calling CIC to ask for the file transfer date is the only way to found this out.

From reading the posts all these months, below is what I think it is:

Received line disappearing is indicative of background checks and all other verifications have started.....

Once they are done, then it will be transferred to local office.

That depends on individual profiles.

For a pretty straight forward profile, its around 3 weeks give or take.
