If present address change what will happen of my application (urgent)

Hi,
I applied from Canada for Canada immigration. I want to go back to my country and wanna be there till my immigration is not completed. that means my present address will be changed from Canada to my country. What will happen then? Will my application transfer to my new region? I have my friend in Canada. Can I use that address for getting letters from CIC? Should I inform them that my present address has changed?

A change in your given address should always to be notified to CIC. If you are moving to another country, you should inform about your whereabouts and the duration of stay in that country.
