If i got pregnant in between the processing time then how i will take X-ray chest or how much time i will get to take medical exams?

In you receive the medicals and you are expecting at that time, inform the visa office and after the child birth, get the birth certificate, photographs and passport ready and send it to visa office. The visa office will send the medicals again for the whole family.
