Hi guys,
If photos doesn't have stamp for spouse sponsorship, Do they return the whole application?

They might, so therefore its probably not worth risking. Per the instructions, only one of the two photos needs to be stamped. Maybe try to get them retaken or stamped by the photographer? We had to get our photos taken three times due to them not following directions.
