What if for instance my work permit refused, am i eligible to apply for study? i am 28, and done Masters..!!! and planning to study in Canada, but at the same time, i received a job offer from Canada...can you guide?

in case you get refused you can apply for a Study permit for Masters again if you have done that in other countries other than Canada. you can however apply for PhD but you'd need a good result in your Masters. its quite competitive for PHD admission in Canada.
