I have a single entry visa which mentions "VISITÖR-BUSINESS"specifically. As i wanted to visit canada for a business conference. But i coudnot go and missed conference. So can i legally visit canada now to meet my relative using that visa.as it is not for business.

Technically you can, but you will be asked for the purpose of your trip before you even board, what will you say? If that goes thru then again you will be asked the same question at the port if entry, what will you say?

You'll be able to board a plane to Canada, however you might have problems with the officers who interview you.
